Refund & Return Policy
Every Lebanon Love item is printed just for you after you order. Because it’s made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but if something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right.
Misprints, damage and defects: we’ll reprint or refund
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within [30] days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a short description of the problem, and
- a clear photo of the item (laid flat, showing the issue and the design; for a wrong-size item, please include the size tag).
We will send a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s), whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send the item back.
What we can’t accept returns for
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Small variations that come with printing on demand, such as slight color differences between your screen and the printed product, or a print placed within about half an inch of the mockup
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout (see our Shipping Policy)
Not sure about sizing? Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. The measurements there are the most reliable guide. If you’re between sizes, DM or email us (info@leb-love.com) and we’re happy to help you choose.
Cancellations and changes
Need to change or cancel? Email us within [12] hours of placing your order. After that, your item may already be in production and we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the credit.
